К менеджменту отеля и персоналу нет ни вопросов, ни нареканий - всё решалось быстро, четко и в пользу гостей. Служба guest relations на наш взгляд лучшая на всем побережье (а мы были и в более дорогих и раскрученных сетках), отдельное большое спасибо Дане и Анне, девушки супер гостеприимные и дружелюбные!
- 9 Stepan K Jan 5, 2026: Были на новогоднюю ночь - все было организовано на высшем уровне. Нам сделали апгрейд до улучшенного номера, в который бы теперь с удовольствием вернулись когда будет потеплее. Везде чистота, кухня отеля заслуживает высший балл, коктейли вкусные.
